I went to Marshall High School, but my family is originally from Waupun, WI. I developed a love for sports at a young age, which led me to play collegiate softball. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Performance and Sports Studies from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS, graduating Cum Laude. While earning my undergraduate degree I gained hands-on experience through an internship with our Strength and Conditioning program, working directly with athletes in the weight room. I am currently in the last stages of earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer, I have expanded my knowledge by taking the Advanced Activator Method and McKenzie Method electives. My passion lies in helping individuals improve their overall movement, performance, and well-being. In my spare time I enjoy staying active by playing softball, hiking, fishing, traveling, and spending time with my family, dog, and friends. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and help you reach your goals.
