Dr. Kaila Alvarez uses diversified chiropractic technique with manual adjustments. She will use drop and instrument assistance when necessary. She has experience treating all kinds of different people, ages, professions and conditions. She has treated infants to elderly as well as youth athletes to professional athletes.

Kaila Alvarez DC, CCSP, ICSC, NREMT

Dr. Kaila graduated in 2019 from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her Doctorate in Chiropractic with a Sports Emphasis with Honors. In order to obtain the Sports Emphasis with Honors, Dr. Kaila was required to fulfill a single sports-based internship and completing a research poster. She fulfilled two sports-based internships, one in a training room at a local private high school and the second in a sports-based clinic treating both professional and recreational athletes. Dr. Kaila received second place for her research poster on how fatigue can affect knee proprioception. She also received a Student of the Year Award from the ACA Sports Council in 2019 as well as the Next Gen of the Year Award in 2021.
